Summary

fix(deps): align all @sentry packages on 10.78.0

Description

Because:

- bumping only @sentry/nextjs left browser, nestjs, node and opentelemetry on 10.33, so two @sentry/core type sets broke the build with TS2322

This commit:

- moves @sentry/browser, nestjs, nextjs, node and opentelemetry to ^10.78.0
- dedupes @sentry/* in yarn.lock to a single @sentry/core
