Summary

fix(settings): rename Email Communications nav link to Email Preferences

Description

Because:

* The Settings nav link said "Email Communications", but the basket
  page it opens has the heading "Manage your Email Preferences".

This commit:

* Renames the nav link to "Email Preferences" with a new Fluent ID.
* Removes the old nav-email-comm ID from en.ftl.

Closes FXA-6757
