fix(pairing-channel): catch rejection of the connected promise
Because: * fxa-pairing-channel leaves its connected promise without a handler * the client error event already reports a failed handshake This commit: * types the pairing channel _connection with its connected promise * catches a rejection of that promise when the client attaches a channel Closes FXA-13751
