All metric definitions can be referenced in other tooling and their configurations, such as, jetstream or OpMon.
For adding jetstream specific configs or defaults (including custom experiment configs and outcomes), see the jetstream folder in the metric-hub repo. For adding OpMon specific configs or defaults, see the opmon folder in the metric-hub repo.
