Description The event will be at the same time and at the same premises of Serpro Congress of Technology and Management applied for Public Services (ConSerpro). For the first time CONSEGI will be out of the Brasília and will be held December, 3-7 at Belém, North of Brazil. The event is promoted by Federal Service of Data Processing. CONSEGI already gained notoriety as an important forum of governments, academy and civil society.
I will be there representing Mozilla as invited speaker giving 2 talks as described in the Etherpad planning page.
