Description Firefox OS was scheduled for launching in Mauritius in May 2015 through the Orange KLIFF mobile. The launching event is being organised by Orange Mauritius from 9 May 2015, which will last for 6 weeks till July 25, 2015. These events will be run in different regions (cities and villages) of the Mauritius. Mozilla Mauritius will join this event to promote Firefox OS. The next launch event will be held at Riviere des Anguilles which is found in the South of Mauritius.
This was our second participation in the one-day event: the public launching of Firefox OS through the Orange KLIFF. It was held in the South of Mauritius where thousands of people visited our stand. It should be added that a lots of people are interested with the smartphone. We can also said that it has been a successful day. Mozillians were there to promote Firefox OS.
