Description Jan Jongboom visits Budapest to give a talk about JanOS & Firefox OS - after that we sit some of hungary's brightest frontend devs down for a workshop, hacking away with Firefox OS's exposed API-s.
Jan Jongboom of Telenor Digital will be leading a Firefox OS & JanOS workshop aimed at medium-and-up skilled web/javascript developers hacking on Firefox OS devices provided.
Goal is to introduce WebAPI-s to the developers who haven't used such "exotic", close-to-the-hardware API-s just yet. If the applicants come up with good ideas and venture into executing them, phones will be given away for applicants for further hacking and finishing their project.
Organized by Mozilla Hungary/the hungarian Firefox OS Engagement team, with kind help from EPAM supplying the venue.
