l10n workshop to Hangzhou l10n volunteer candidates

Description There are several volunteer candidates here in Hangzhou, after I introduced Mozilla/Firefox and community to my colleagues, some of them showed interests. So I would like to organize one workshops to help those candidates to get familiar with Mozilla&Community WoW.
So I would like to organize one workshops to introducation about mozilla mission and mozilla product,to help those candidates who are not familair with l10n tools/techniques to understand how to contribute. During the workshop we will also try to do some real work : e.g. translate AMO/MDN, try to find l10n bugs in FFOS translation.
Also I would like to introduce the WoW in this community and more areas they could contribute.
