Description The community brazilian is growing and thinking about narrow ties friendship and fellowship among the members of the team, while maintaining an atmosphere of togetherness, warmth and fun, but also increase the number of contributors with the functional team, we planned this marathon online with a focus on completing the existing backlog and metrics on the platform.
Goals
MozPizza Hackaton is an online marathon served by pizzas that has as main objective to:
Answer questions made in support forum;
Localize, update and/or revise articles in knowledge base;
Answer the questions and comments on Twitter and Facebook using Sprinklr and Army of Awesome.
Metrics
100% articles in knowledge base located / reviewed.
100% questions in support forum about Firefox responded.
100% questions in support forum about Thunderbird responded.
100% questions in Sprinklr responded.
100% questions/comments in AoA responded.
