Description Mozilla Bangladesh got momentum in last 6-12 months, lot's of fresh energetic recruits with plenty of events and meet-ups. We encountered things that we feel good and bad as well. Good things, need to be reproduced; from bad need to learn and rectify ourselves. The community is getting bigger, activities are increasing, to ease the load and execute smoothly, will decentralize through various community task force. So, we need to seat and plan.
