Description The Symposium is organized by the Autonomous University of Yucatán. The goal of the symposium is to provide interest about the areas of science and technology on topics of general interest in the areas of computing, open source, cloud computing, information technology, information security, technology-focused entrepreneurship and new technologies.

El Simposio de Ciencia y Tecnología es evento organizado por la Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán. El objetivo del simposio es facilitar contenido de interés general respecto a las áreas de ciencia y tecnología al público en general. Este año el simposio se desarrollará en base a temas de interés general en las áreas de: computación, software libre, cómputo en la nube, tecnologías de la información, seguridad informática, tecnologías enfocadas al emprendimiento y nuevas tecnologías.
