Description SFD is a yearly celebration for Software Freedom. Every year there are thousands teams organizing Software Freedom Day in different countries and cities. In Colombia there are a lot of cities that are organizing the event. Mozilla Colombia wants that Mozilla becomes sponsor of this event and ofcourse we will have our community members as speakers
Our plan is to become Mozilla as one sponsor of the event. The money will be divided in two parts. The first one is to be one sponsor of a band (La real academia del sonido) to close the event. Band members will wear Firefox T-Shirts. The second one will be used for event logistic. SFD Bogotá will have additional sponsors, but this is the first time that Mozilla will be part of sponsors gropup. As sponsor, Mozilla will appear in the official web site and publicity.
Mozilla Colombia is plannig to participate with 2 speaks: Firefox OS and Firefox + Firefox mobile. We will have our stand too. For stand we will have competitions, raffles, pictures and video projection about mozilla events (MozCamp LATAM), pictures about Mozilla Colombia events participation and Firefox Flickr videos.
We are building some HTML5 Demos and selecting the most amazing web derby Demos to show in our stand and conferences and activities with B2G Phone.
