Description This staggered event will evangelize the community to adopt MozStumbler & use it on daily basis to enrich the Mozilla location-service. Here we will show the tools available for different platforms to gather location information. Also after the event a global free geolocation service will be created that can be used openly by organizations around the world to create apps and mobile services.

Day 1

  1. Welcome note -- About Mozilla, Mozilla Location Services
  2. Show apps and resources
  3. Introduce all available tools/apps and their usage.
  4. Give people time to install and test the apps
  5. Register people in a spreadsheet
  6. Make planning of trips and form teams
  7. Let people go for stumblling

Day 2 - Day6

  1. Stumbling basis on trip plan with teams
  2. follow up to announce leaders on the leaderboard to engage participants

Day 7

  1. Meet back in event venue
  2. Announce winners based on leaderboard, give prizes
