Yacine Bourras is a Software Engineering student at the University of Constantine in Algeria, He is the Lead Web Developer and Designer of “WeHelp Organization” in Paris, that aims to provide IT solutions for helping on fighting core social and humanitarian problems present in all developing and developed societies.

In fact, Yacine took part in a wide variety of programs on the national and international level since the age of 15 years. His love for volunteering, social work and contributing in non-profit projects and sharing with others his gained knowledge, helped him to acquire firm potentials and construct a wide knowledge not only concerning his field but also leadership, entrepreneurship and cultures as well.
