Description of activity
The Indian Community organized Mozilla India Code Sprint in all major cities of India. This was aimed to get participants familiarized with Mozilla projects and code. All the participants were mentored to solve their first bugs.
I was the primary mentor at the event held at Hyderabad. I helped all the participants to explore different projects and select based on their skills and expertize, further I suggested them to start with a good first bug related to the project and most of them were able to fix one or more bugs during the event itself.
It was a great event and I am also in contact with most of the participants even after the event. It feels great to tell you that most of them are continuing to solve bugs when they find some time.
