Description of activity

We've been at the brink of 100% l10n milestone for major Mozilla Product, with exception of infrequent strings updates from various engineering teams. It's time to shift the focus of localization into a different angel, a paradigm shift indeed for bn_BD locale. Increasing awareness and uses of technology in Mother tongue. Training various Mozilla Localization tools and process and uses of technique to keep translation consistence and the process of standardization throughout Mozilla Projects.
