Description of activity

The event will bring together leaders of the Mozilla Community in Uganda to plan for 2015. The first day will involve delving into the organizational goals and products of Mozilla and ensure everyone has a clear understanding. Then we will hold a refresher training of the various tools used in Mozilla to help increase productivity. The second day will involve identifying key events, assigning owners and drawing an initial work plan for the community.
