Estelle Ndedi is the CEO of an incubator Startup named "INOV Cameroon", and also founder of concept "Girl Pitch Day" (lately renamed "INOV Pitch Day" ) an initiative which aims to help young camerooninans to build their capacities in Entrepreneurship and ICT by programming their own applications to solve problems their community face. This was inspired by the TechNovation Challenge where we were finalist team in 2016 ; I'm involved as mentor in the program Technovation challenge which is the program for empower young girls by teach them how to code and how to build a innovative project who wiil help them in their society. As a WoMoz Cameroon Lead , She manage a community of women where they teach the web literacy to others, promote open source products from Mozilla and some other projects with open source component built-in. Selected as TechWoman Emerging Leader 2016 ,winner of a seed grant for the project Give The Hope She dedicated her live to change the mindset of young people about ICT and innovation here in Cameroon.
