I am a Computer Engineer and an Open Source enthusiast. I'm from Pune, India. I am currently working as an Engineer at Red Hat.
I have been contributing in various Mozilla projects since 2014 and became a Mozilla Representative in 2015. I have contributed in areas like Support Mozilla, Localization, Mozilla Location Service, User Research, Community building and management, Webmaker and Web Literacy, Firefox OS and Mozilla QA.
I am currently a Reps Coach, a Mozilla Reps Resource and a member of Mozilla India. Apart from this, I am the Mozilla India Local Swag Manager, Regional Coordinator for Mozilla Clubs and a WebVR enthusiast.

Prathamesh Chavan
Prathamesh is from Pune, India and works as a Technical Support Engineer at Red Hat. From his very early days in the Mozilla community, Prathamesh used his excellect people skills to spread the community to different colleges and to evangelise many of the upcoming projects, products and Mozilla initiatives. Prathamesh is also a very resourceful person. Due to this, he did a great job at organizing some great events at Pune and creare many new Mozilla Clubs across the city there.
As a Mozilla Reps Council member, Prathamesh has done some great work and has shown great leadership skills. He is always proactive in sharing important updates with the bigger community as well as raising his hand at every new initiative.

Prathamesh Chavan
Prathamesh is an extremely active and super energetic Mozillian of the Indian community. He has successfully led several different events and shown unbelievable leadership skills. One of the most recent examples of his untiring energy was the Mozilla India Community meetup 2016. His skills at managing all the logistical work for such a huge event was a pleasant surprise for all the organizers and senior members of the community.
Prathamesh is famous of going around with a viral smile. If ever asked to do some work, he does it with a smile and also makes sure that the smile virus is perfectly passed on to you...leaving you smiling as well. Prathamesh is a strong supporter of the Open Web and believes that everyone deserves to have access to it. With this thought in mind, Prathamesh also initiated the MILE project here in the Indian community. The purpose of the MILE project is to teach the basics of web to the less fortunate section of our society.
