Description Community building meetup for all Mozillians and anyone else interested in the open web! We'll be focusing on localization, how to get involved, and community organization.

- Community building
High-level goal: Identify and nurture a core group of individuals in each country to build out an active community.
Sub-goals:
- Update community websites
- Add 'How to get involved' page to each community site
- Identify possible Reps
- L10n training with open best practices
- Open l10n processes for accepting new contributions
- Where/how to find localizers
- Strategies for l10n sustainability: leadership, organization, and collaboration
- Importance of creating and maintaining linguistic resources
- Potential l10n project expansion (both web and product)
